DESCRIPTION

The Netsys VDSL2 GigaPort Ethernet Extender & Media Converter Kit (NV-320DPKIT) is a VDSL2 based Ethernet Extender featuring symmetrical line speeds up to 160Mbps (320Mbps aggregate bandwidth) and distances up to 10,000 feet/3km at 2Mbps downstream/500Kbps upstream over a single twisted pair of copper phone or network grade cable. The NV-320DP is also the first Netsys VDSL2 Bridge Modem with two (2) 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet ports AND built-in 1000Base-X SFP Port (SFP Transceiver Modules not included) for the ultimate flexibility for extending copper OR fiber network connections. The NV-320DPKITcomes preconfigured to plug and play, but also features dip switch configuration for CO/CPE mode AND 8 different VDSL2 band profiles, including a G.INP mode for noisy environments.

TheVDSL2 GigaPort Ethernet Extender & Media Converter Kit includes two (2) NV-320DP VDSL2 Bridge Modems and includes everything needed to quickly deploy one point-to-point, high-speed Ethernet link with line speeds up to 160Mbps symmetrical, and distances up to 10,000 feet / 3 km at 2Mbps downstream and 500Kbps upstream. In default mode, the VDSL2 bandwidth is automatically optimized (no configuration required) to achieve the best possible speeds (view default configuration performance here) based on the cable and environmental characteristics. The NV-320DPKIT can also be dip switch configured (view DIP switch setting details here) for a total of 8 different VDSL2 band profiles to overcome noisy environments, increase distance capabilities and/or maximize bandwidth. Netsys NV-320DPKIT provides the ultimate Ethernet extension solution with distances up to 10,000 feet and aggregate bandwidth up to 320Mbps for remote building, hotel, hospital, campus or any location outside the reach of traditional copper twisted-pair phone or network cable. The built-in 1000Base-X SFP Port and Fiber SFP Transceiver (not included) provides the added flexibility for fiber to the premises (FTTP) home and office applications when Ethernet extension is also required, thus eliminating additional hardware and minimizing cost.
